Clone Before Editing

Always clone before making any changes to a sign. This way we can keep a history of how the signs have changed, giving an audit trail. Please add the date that the new sign will be used in the name of the file. E.g.

“Newsletter 2023.06.01.drawio”

or

“LVR.Tables&Chairs.NoDrag 2023.05.23”

Using google drive for your storage, be sure to save diagrams in the appropriate folder for your project, binder or initiative.
