Snack Shack Setup & Tear Down

Both setup and tear down can take some time each.

There’s also some aspects that don’t demand food handler’s permit.

Setup:

• Setup 5 tables outside

• Wipe down the tables with sanitizing solution and clean rags

• 3-4 chairs per table

• 1 snack shack banner, hung with car

Tear down:

• Wipe down the tables, address messes earlier to avoid stains.

• Bring in the tables

• Bring in the chairs

• Bring in the sign
