Explained:
Someone that is comfortable with:
duty #1 would be a Front Desk Level 1
duties 1, 2, 3 would be a Front Desk Level 3
all the duties would be a level 6
Levels for our Front Desk:
Greet Guests as they arrive
Direct Guests to the appropriate room, staff or informational flier.
Help guests sign-in/register for their activity.
Answering phones, checking for staff availability and transferring calls and taking messages as needed.
Handling money and performing cashier duties is a bonus!
Voicemail Handling is important. Poor handling can result in missed opportunities. Attention to detail is important.
