Duties

Duties are listed in a progressive order

Explained:

Someone that is comfortable with:

  • duty #1 would be a Front Desk Level 1

  • duties 1, 2, 3 would be a Front Desk Level 3

  • all the duties would be a level 6

Levels for our Front Desk:

  1. Greet Guests as they arrive

  2. Direct Guests to the appropriate room, staff or informational flier.

  3. Help guests sign-in/register for their activity.

  4. Answering phones, checking for staff availability and transferring calls and taking messages as needed.

  5. Handling money and performing cashier duties is a bonus!

  6. Voicemail Handling is important. Poor handling can result in missed opportunities. Attention to detail is important.
