When: Mondays/Thursdays from 10 to 11 am.

Fee: Members $9 with punch card. Members and non members can join for $12 drop-in sessions.

About

Class is intended for those who can get up and down from the floor alone. Chairs or other supports are welcome. No age restrictions - all ages. The instructor, Suzanne Pardee, is a Registered Yoga Teacher in the Ananda style of Yoga and has been teaching since 1999. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. Yoga practice helps increase flexibility, strength, and joint mobility while it improves balance, breathing, mental calmness and concentration.
